Now add whole spices like cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, peppercorns, and bay leaf along with Rice and oil to fry.

The Cooking process

Wait till Rice is almost cooked to add grated carrot, and continue cooking till the water is fully dried. After that, keep the vessel half open to cool, and take care not to stir to avoid breakage of Rice.
