At Keerthi Nirmal Rice, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We follow a 7-Day return policy for both discounted and non-discounted products purchased through our official website.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

Return Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unmarked, and in its original packaging, along with the original invoice or sales receipt.
  • Items purchased from any Keerthi Nirmal Rice offline stores/showrooms are not eligible for return through the online portal.
  • Products that have been altered, opened, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted for return or refund.
  • Customers must pack the product securely in its original condition to prevent damage during return transit.
  • Return shipping is to be arranged by the customer at their own expense.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please email us at (care@keerthinirmal.com) with your Order ID and reason for return.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status within 7 working days.

Upon approval, you will be eligible for either:

  • A refund to your original payment method or,
  • A store credit (based on your preference selected during return request).

Note: Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable. Once your refund preference is submitted, it cannot be changed.

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement directly from your account dashboard.
  • Once cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 48 hours, and the amount will reflect in your account within 5 working days.
  • If the item has already been shipped, you may still request cancellation, but the refund will be initiated only after we receive the product back.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after delivery.

Refunds:

  • Refunds can be requested within 7 days of order delivery.
  • Once the returned product is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 48 hours, and the amount will reflect within 5 working days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide bank account details via a secure refund form to receive the refund.
  • Taxes and COD fees are non-refundable.
